Karma Dishoom in its earlier avatar iDishoom was the first and only one of its kind safe and secure whistle-blowing portal for CITIZEN REPORTERS to blow the whistle and expose WRONGS perpetrated by rogue organisations/individuals/government (politicians/bureaucrats) like Sahara, IIPM, Amity University, Vedanta University land scam, Monsanto, Coca Cola, Mukesh Ambani’s Antilla land scam, Kingfisher Airlines fraud, Sharad Pawar & family’s irrigation scam and many others. iDishoom was featured and applauded in a global newspaper as the CHANGING FACE OF ACTIVISM in 2009.

Several citizens, students, activists, crusaders and whistle-blowers reached out to us to expose wrongs in their organisation or wrongs done by Government and requested us to publish their stories since mainstream newspapers and TV channels did not want to publish the truth or write against their advertisers and/or Government. We published authentic stories after doing our due diligence and our motto is “Once the story goes up after authentication, it will never come down no matter what the consequences (that is the reason we were hacked in 2014). A whistle-blower is a person, usually an employee, who exposes information or activity within a private, public, or government organization that is deemed illegal, illicit, unsafe, or a waste, fraud, or abuse of taxpayer funds. Those who become whistle-blowers can choose to bring information or allegations to surface either internally or externally.When organisations (private, public or government) do not take action internally,conscientious whistle-blowers then seek to expose the wrongs in media and like to mostly do so anonymously (only few choose to put their names to the story). Many whistle-blowers have anonymously exposed huge organisations and government bodies and public servants working in the system, through Karma Dishoom over the years.

Karma Dishoom provides a safe refuge and medium to government, corporate and ALL whistle-blowers where they speak directly to or founder Jeroninio “Jerry” Almeida (who is also a whistle-blower and crusader). Even in the face of threats (legal and other strong-arm coercions) from several organisations and people in seats of power, we have never disclosed the names of our whistle-blowers as it is strictly privileged and confidential information. Whatever information you share with us on this page in links provided below can only be accessed by Jerry, who does not disclose the name to any other person working in Karma Dishoom or to anyone else.
